Nineteen Years In The Field, One Idea That Stuck
Before starting Reliance Air and Heat, our owner completed four years of HVAC training and spent another fifteen working as a technician. Those years taught him the trade inside and out — but they also taught him something else: how much it matters when someone invites a technician into their home or business.
Reliance was started so customers could get knowledgeable HVAC work without losing the personal attention and accountability of a local company.
The name was chosen on purpose. From day one, the goal has been to build a company our neighbors can rely on.
We support local youth, schools, and community activities, and buy from other local businesses whenever we can. We also know how dangerous a lost air conditioner can be for an elderly customer in extreme North Florida heat — so when a repair means waiting on a part, we'll provide a temporary window unit when one's available, just to keep them safe and comfortable until the real fix is done. It's a small thing. It's also what being a neighbor means to us.
